I’ve combined my experience as a hairdresser with my qualifications in nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and menopause support.

No — it’s lifestyle, nutrition, and menopause support. I work alongside medical advice, not instead of it.

 

❓ Do I need to be menopausal?

Not at all. I support women at all stages — perimenopause, menopause, or anyone wanting better energy, confidence, and health.

 

❓ Is it about dieting?

No diets. It’s about realistic nutrition, balance, and habits that fit your life.

 Do I need to be fit already?

Absolutely not. Movement is always tailored — gentle, achievable, and confidence-building.

Why a package instead of one session?

One session gives clarity, but real change happens with support over time — especially with hormones and lifestyle.
